About Us

Royal at home aims to be a local staple in the heart of Ashbourne, Co. Meath, providing an unexpected respite from the area’s usual cuisine. The kitchen will serve traditional Indian cuisine, with fresh seasonal ingredients that celebrate the heritage of the Indian food.

The founder Abhilash started his career in Ireland as a south Indian chef in the famous Madina restaurant in Dublin. He was the first to bring traditional masala dosa and other south Indian dishes to the Indian food lovers in Ireland.
